Fisiosmart is at Viale San Salvatore 4 in Paradiso, a few minutes from the centre of Lugano, with parking in front of the entrance. We are open Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 19.00. The easiest way to book is to write to us on WhatsApp: all we need is your name and availability.

How do I book an appointment?
Write to us on WhatsApp or call us: all we need is your name and availability. We go through the details of your health together at the practice.
Do I need a medical prescription?
With a prescription, physiotherapy is covered by basic health insurance. You can also come without one: in that case you pay for the session yourself. All the details on costs and health insurance.
What should I bring to the first session?
Your medical prescription if you have one, your health insurance card and any reports or test results. Wear comfortable clothes that let you move freely.
What if I need to cancel?
We ask you to cancel at least 24 hours in advance, by WhatsApp message or phone call. Appointments cancelled later or not cancelled are charged as completed sessions.
Is the practice wheelchair accessible?
Yes. As well as the 4 steps at the entrance, there is a ramp that is also suitable for walkers and wheelchairs. The parking space is about 6 metres from the entrance.
