Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions we hear most often before a first session.

Costs and insurance in detail →
Is physiotherapy covered by health insurance?

Yes. With a doctor's prescription, physiotherapy is covered by Swiss basic health insurance, minus your deductible (franchise) and co-payment. We are recognised by all Swiss health insurers.

Do I need a doctor's prescription?

To have it covered by health insurance, yes. You can also come without one: a 30-minute session costs CHF 50, paid by you. For your first visit we recommend a full hour (CHF 100) so we can assess you properly.

Is personal training covered?

Thanks to our Qualitop certification, almost all supplementary insurers contribute to the cost. Check your policy or ask us before you start.

What should I bring to my first session?

Your doctor's prescription, your health insurance card, any medical reports or scans, and comfortable clothing you can move freely in.

Which languages do you speak?

Besides Italian, our team speaks German, French, English, Spanish and Serbian.
