With a medical prescription, physiotherapy is covered by basic health insurance, minus the deductible (franchise) and co-payment. Without a prescription, a 30-minute session costs 50 francs. Personal training costs 80 francs per session or 700 francs for 10 sessions, and thanks to Qualitop certification almost all supplementary insurers contribute to the cost.
You can pay by card, in cash or by payment slip. Once we have received payment, we give you the form to claim reimbursement from your supplementary insurance.
Thanks to Qualitop certification, almost all supplementary insurers reimburse part of the cost. The amount depends on your policy: check with your health insurer before you start, or ask us for help.

Yes. Without a prescription, a 30-minute session costs 50 francs and is paid by you. For the first visit we recommend a one-hour session (100 francs), so we have time to assess you properly; but the choice is yours.
The deductible (franchise) is the annual amount you pay yourself before basic health insurance starts paying. Once you have reached it, you pay a percentage co-payment on invoices, up to the maximum set by law.
Yes. Shockwave therapy is part of physiotherapy treatment: with a medical prescription it is covered like the other sessions.
Ask your health insurer whether your supplementary insurance recognises Qualitop-certified providers and to what extent. If you like, we can help you work out what to ask.
No. Once paid, the personal training package cannot be refunded. If you are unsure, you can start with a single session.
We ask you to cancel at least 24 hours in advance, by WhatsApp message or phone call. Appointments cancelled later or not cancelled are charged as completed sessions.
Write to us on WhatsApp or call us Monday to Friday: we are happy to answer before you book.
