We treat musculoskeletal problems, persistent pain, rehabilitation before and after surgery, children, teenagers and older adults. It always starts with a thorough assessment and a plan built together, with therapeutic exercise at its centre. With a medical prescription, physiotherapy is covered by basic health insurance.
For each condition there is a page explaining how we work, frequently asked questions and the warning signs that mean you should see a doctor straight away.
Treatments and programmes that complement physiotherapy, always chosen after the assessment and only when they can help you.
If getting out is difficult, for example after surgery, a hospital stay or as you get older, we come to your home. With a medical prescription specifying home treatment, physiotherapy is covered by basic health insurance.
Physiotherapy for older adults →During and after cancer treatment, we mainly help you through physical reconditioning, to regain strength, stamina and movement with safe, well-dosed exercise, through lymphatic drainage when there is swelling, and through scar treatment. We work in agreement with your oncologist and GP.
Lymphatic drainage and lymphoedema →After an injury we support you from the first treatment to getting back on the pitch, with sport-specific exercises and strength and movement tests to know when you are ready. With personal training you can then keep training with us.
Personal training →An individual education and exercise programme for your back: understanding how it works, learning to move with confidence and managing any flare-ups on your own.
Back pain →
Treatment of painful muscle points with fine needles. When indicated, we use it alongside exercise to reduce pain and make movement easier. All the physiotherapists in our team are trained in this technique.
Elastic taping (kinesio taping) can give support and relief for a few days. We see it as a temporary aid, not a treatment: exercise remains the foundation.
Ultrasound and other physical therapies are never a treatment on their own: we use them when they can be useful, always combined with exercise and other therapies.
Describe what is happening in a couple of lines: we'll suggest the right approach and the best person to see. All we need to book is your name and availability.
